Business Course - "Negotiations and Sales"
The Georgian Laboratory and the American Corner of Kutaisi organized a short business course - “Negotiations and Sales”, which was intended for managers of small and medium-sized businesses operating in Imereti.
Giorgi Chugoshvili and David Chikvaidze worked with the participants during the business course.
Giorgi Chugoshvili’s training deepened the participants’ knowledge about the importance of analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and making data-based decisions.
David Chikvaidze’s training taught the participants how to establish effective communication with clients, attract and retain customers, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
The participants worked on real business cases and received individual recommendations.
