In 2021, Laboratory of Georgia team developed a business plan for production of decorative tiles. During working on project, our team have done local and international market research, which aimed to evaluate potential of products’ sale in Georgia and export; we have acknowledged trends in industry and evaluated expediency of idea; we have determined personnel policy, employees’ principal responsibilities; we have developed marketing strategy and sales promotion methods; we have evaluated strength and weaknesses of project and made comparative analysis with competitor’s products; we have developed financial plan and determined potential risks and have developed ways of insuring the company against the mentioned risks.
