Business plan for a livestock food product
In June 2022, the laboratory team prepared a business plan for a livestock food production. Since this was a startup for the customer, first of all, we evaluated the profitability of the idea and the general feasibility of the investment. The business plan developed by us consisted of the following components: Description of the idea; Type of manufactured product/service and its special features; Quantity of production product / service, unit cost and sales price; applicant's function-duties and applicant's experience; existing tangible and intangible property to be used in business activities; the market value of each asset; Description of the complete production/service process; positions and functions of employed people; seasonality of sales; Target market - tactics and tools for delivering/offering products to the target market; comparative analysis with competitors; Action/operational plan and budget (income and expenditure information).
Based on the business plan prepared by the Laboratory of Georgia’s team, the company obtained financial support, purchased modern, automated equipment and started a business.
