Business diagnostics of studio bicycle

In the fall of 2021, the team of the laboratory of Georgia worked on the business diagnostics of the creative animation studio Jose the Giraffe.

We used qualitative and quantitative research methods, face-to-face and telephone surveys to collect and analyze all necessary information in the process of consulting services. As a result of the business diagnosis, a detailed analysis of the company's existing experience and taking into account all the necessary factors related to the production of animation, we prepared a critical analysis of the company's management model, developed a strategy for overcoming the company's financial crisis and business development.

The development plan developed on the basis of business diagnosis includes information on: description of the company's activities, management and personnel policy, key market, customer communication strategy, comparative analysis with competitors' products, and information on sales promotion. The financial part consists of historical and existing balance sheets, historical and forecast profit and loss tables of income and expenses, and forecast sources of cash flows.
