business diagnostics of the bread factory.
In December 2021, the team of the Georgian laboratory worked on business diagnostics of the bread factory. As a result of business diagnosis, detailed analysis of the company's current experience, market trends and taking into account all the necessary factors related to bakery activity, we developed a plan for overcoming the company's financial crisis and business development.
In the process of consulting services, we used qualitative and quantitative research methods, face-to-face, telephone and cross-survey tools to collect and analyze all the necessary information related to the company, both by the management of the enterprise and by the employees. As a result, we carried out a critical analysis of the company's management model, identified operational gaps and developed ways of improvement.
The development plan developed on the basis of business diagnosis focuses on the most critical issues of the company and describes the company's activities, historical experience, current situation, management, personnel policy, production process, products, key market, customer communication strategy, comparative analysis with competitors' products and sales promotion information. The financial part is presented in the form of historical and existing balance sheet sources, historical and forecast profit and loss table of income and expenses, and cash flow forecast sources.
The vision of strategic development responds to enterprise challenges, reduces risks and is focused on profitability and efficient operation of the company.
Part of the consulting service was to monitor the implementation of the recommendations we identified and provide support in response to implementation challenges.
In accordance with the recommendation developed by the team of the laboratory of Georgia, the enterprise implemented changes, as a result of which, as of November 2022, the company's revenues increased by 300%.
Business diagnostics services were provided for the bread house "Tavtukhi".
