Coffee and chocolate shop business diagnostics

In the spring of 2022, the laboratory team worked on the diagnostics of the coffee and chocolate shop business. The work carried out included: collecting information necessary for financial analysis, conducting inventory, inventory description, preparation of profit and loss and balance sheets, market analysis, assessment of business weaknesses and opportunities, and development of recommendations for development.

The work related to business diagnosis was carried out within the framework of the "Strengthening of Women's Business Opportunities" project.
